Please schedule appointments through the Shop Goodwill Pickup Scheduling System.
1.Pickups can be scheduled between 12PM and 3PM Tuesday and Thursday, excluding holidays.
2.All orders must be scheduled to be picked up.
3.Walk in order pickup requests will not be honored.
4.Multiple orders can be scheduled to be picked up at the same time.
5.Ensure the personnel and equipment needed to transport your order are provided at time of pick up.
6.Orders not picked up and reschedule within one week of the scheduled date will be considered abandoned and a donation.
The abandoned order will be relisted without a refund.
