We will do our absolute best to ship out any paid for auctions but there will be inevitable delays.
We will also do our best to answer any open Customer Service tickets while we are closed.
Options for active auctions that are won after we close:
• Process payment. We will ship paid orders as soon as we can upon our return.
• Payment deadline extensions can be granted when a ticket is received with a request, and we will do so at our earliest convenience.
• Items left unpaid while we are closed, will be removed from your account with no penalty when we return.
Options for purchased orders, awaiting shipment or pick up that are affected by the closure:
• Paid to ship orders: We will get it shipped out as soon as we return.
• Paid as pick up: We will reach out once we re-open to schedule appointments for pick up orders.
• Orders will ship to the original ship-to address upon our return. Please send a ticket if an address update is necessary due to the delay.
• Cancellation requests of paid orders due to closure will be available for a full refund: We will do so at our earliest convenience.

To schedule your pickup appointment, please contact us by by message after making payment or call us at (503) 649-7934. Appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Items are available 7 days a week between 12:00-3:00 PM only. Items must be picked up within 10 days of the auction ending, and must be picked up by the primary account holder only. A printed receipt is not needed, but photo ID is required. Thank you.Address
