UPDATED PICK-UP INFORMATION: Please be advised, all pick-ups will occur directly at the eCommerce building. Located at 2601 Cross Country Drive, Building D, Columbus GA, 31906.
Pick-Up Hours are Monday-Friday (with exception to Federal Holidays, as well as Christmas Eve, and Good Friday.)
There are no weekend pick-ups
Times for pick-ups are between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Please use the front door (identifiable by the large Goodwill sign next to the door) Please use the door bell, ad have proper identification as well as item or order numbers ready.
Please be advised that we do not hold items for a period longer than 1 month from the date of purchase. Once your item(s) has been on site for 1 month, it (they) will be brought back to the eCommerce department and relisted. No refund will be applied for any item returned to eCommerce due to deadline expiration of our accepted returns policy.
Larger gaylord-size pick ups will take place at our Veterans retail location at 6499 Veterans Parkway, Columbus, GA 31909. It will take a couple of days to coordinate transportation of order from our e-Commerce warehouse to Veterans, so please communicate with us to ensure item is ready for pick up before making arrangements.
Pick up is available during eCommerce operating hours of 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. We are not open on weekends.
