All regular local pick ups take place at our Midtown retail location at 3201 Macon Road Suite 255B, Columbus, GA 31906, unless otherwise communicated. All local orders from the current week are transported there every Friday morning and are held there until buyer is able to pick up. Please bring a valid form of identification to verify identity upon arrival.
Please be advised that we do not hold items in the store for a period longer than 1 month from the date of purchase. Once your item(s) has been on site for 1 month, it (they) will be brought back to the eCommerce department and relisted. No refund will be applied for any item returned to eCommerce due to deadline expiration of our accepted returns policy.
Larger gaylord-size pick ups will take place at our Veterans retail location at 6499 Veterans Parkway, Columbus, GA 31909. It will take a couple of days to coordinate transportation of order from our e-Commerce warehouse to Veterans, so please communicate with us to ensure item is ready for pick up before making arrangements.
Pick up is available during retail hours (9am-8pm Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm Sunday).
