All items MUST be paid for on Shopgoodwill prior to picking up or shipped out.
Pick-Up Orders: Our pick-up location is our Cedar Rapids East Goodwill store, 5520 Council St NE, Cedar Rapids, IA. Pick-up hours are from 10:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 10:00 AM through 3:00 PM Friday (please see pickup scheduler when paying after hours), except major holidays.
Upon arrival, proceed to the register and notify a store team member you would like to pick up a Shopgoodwill.com purchase and it will be brought out to you. Items designated for on-site pick-up must be picked up within 14 days of the auction closing. Items not picked up within that timeframe may be resold with no further notice, and the payment may be considered a charitable contribution.
