INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE POLICY
Our highest priority is allowing you to have access to our site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and your trading success. However, SHOPGOODWILL.COM occasionally experiences an interruption of service during which bidders cannot place bids. Interruptions in service may be due to regular maintenance and hardware upgrades, or interruptions that are out of our control.

Auctions will not be extended as a result of site outage.
During a Service Interruption
Updates will be posted in the Announcements area during all service interruptions. Please check there for details about the interruption and auction extensions.

PROVIDE THE SHOPGOODWILL.COM WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. OUR SUPPLIERS AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights, which vary, from state to state.
This is the full extent of our liability for any interruption of service. All of the provisions of our standard terms and conditions stated in the Bidders and Sellers Agreements governing your use of SHOPGOODWILL.COM and its services are applicable to these policies including without limitation, to all limitations and exclusions of liability and of damages set forth therein.
