Shipping: Once payment has been processed for an item, it is no longer eligible to be combined with other items. Items will not be dismantled for any reason beyond what is necessary for shipping. Return Policy: DO NOT ship back items for return without prior authorization according to the terms stated below. All unauthorized returns will be considered a donation and NO refund will be offered. Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged Items: If an item is damaged, a refund will only be issued once the damage claim process, as initiated by a GINM representative, is completed and approved. All items and original packaging materials must be made available for inspection by a representative of the shipping carrier, per carrier policies. Requests for refunds related to damage claims must be submitted to GINM via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of package. Please e-mail us at Albuquerque@shopgoodwill.com.
Misrepresented Items: GINM makes every effort to represent items accurately through photographs and descriptions so that customers can make informed decisions during the bidding process. If it is your opinion that an item has been misrepresented in the listing, you must request a refund via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the package. If the return and refund is approved by a GINM representative, you will receive an e-mail outlining the return process.
Assorted Lots: Auctions that contain a large lot of items such as stamps, comic books, and jewelry are not fully inventoried prior to shipment and may not be returned under any circumstances.
