Items which close for $100 or more must be insured. The insurance cost will be added to the order total.
Items which close for less than $100 may be insured at the buyer’s
request. Insurance cannot be
added by the buyer during the payment process. An e-mail must be sent to us
before payment has been made and we will edit the order total for you.
UPS Insurance rates are as follows:
Orders with a closing price of up to $100.00 : $2.40
Orders with a closing price over $100: $2.40 + $ $0.80 for each additional $100.00 (or portion thereof.)
We apologize but if your package is damaged or lost we will not be able to issue a refund unless your package was insured. We strongly recommend insurance on all breakable items.
We reserve the right to use UPS for combined shipping to properly protect all items.
You may combine items when:
1.) All auctions close within 7 days and
2.) All items are safe to ship in one box and
3.) All items combined do not exceed 20 lbs.
(We reserve the right to deny combination of items when necessary.)

Local Pickup Policy
- All items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
- Any item not picked up within 14 days of purchase will be resold without any prior notification.
- All items picked up must be picked up by the individual named in the profile.
- No 3rd party pickups without prior approval.
- Identification is required to be shown when picking up all orders
- Payment for items not picked up within 14 days of purchase will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.
- All pick-up orders must be paid for prior to pick-up. Payments will not be accepted on-site - no exceptions.

Damaged Merchandise Policy
If merchandise has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier.
In order to get a damage claim approved, you must: A) Keep all packing materials intact. B) Be available to meet the shipping carrier for inspection. C) Agree to coordinate with the shipping carrier for the duration of the claim process. D) We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item.
