- NEW - The item is New with original packaging and labels or/and factory sealed.?
LIKE NEW - The item appears like new and un-used but no longer has a tag and/or original packaging.?
GOOD - The item is in a good gently used condition with no major damages or defects?
FAIR - The item is in a well-used condition, it may have light scratches or wear and need cleaning. Any major damages will be noted separately.
- We accept US bank issued Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. We do NOT accept any form of internation payment , check or money order.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. Items left unpaid for more than 10 days after auction ends will be relisted.
- Items shipped to Texas addresses are subject Texas state sales tax applied to the item value, shipping and handling charges.
- As of August 1st 2014 Goodwill Central Texas will no longer offer payment deadline extensions, no exceptions.
- Please be aware of shipping charges before placing a bid.
- Please verify shipping address is correct before completing payment. Please contact us by phone at 512-681-3343 for address corrections. Please note: Delivery address changes are incomplete and the item will ship to the address specified in the paid order unless the change is confirmed by Goodwill Central Texas eCommerce staff.
- We do offer combined shipping.?
- For combined shipping, please check box all items you wish to combine and proceed with payment for all items at the same time. Combined shipments will generally be shipped FedEx even if the individual item specified USPS. We may need to manually edit your order for maximum savings so please feel free to contact us before payment and we will be happy to double check the carrier charges. Please note it may not be possible to combine multiple large items or lots of items.
- Requests for combined shipping will be handled on a case by case basis.?
- Items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment.
- Goodwill Central Texas eCommerce is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or packages after delivery to the customer supplied address is confirmed with tracking info. Please contact your local Post?Office for assistance with lost or mis-delivered packages.
- Additional shipping services are available. Please contact us for delayed shipment, shipping insurance, Adult/Signature Required, and hold for pickup services. Fees for some additional services may apply.
Local Pick Up:
- Any item sold by Goodwill Central Texas is eligible for local pick up at our warehouse (Monday - Friday 9AM-3PM).
(Items MUST BE PAID FOR VIA THE SHOPGOODWILL.COM PAYMENT SYSTEM PRIOR TO PICK-UP. WE DO NOT HAVE A WAY TO PROCESS PAYMENTS FOR ITEMS PICKED UP AT OUR WAREHOUSE).
- We kindly request you make payment 1 business day prior to pickup to avoid additional wait times.
- Local pick up items not claimed within 14 days after payment will be considered a donation and relisted without further notice.
- All returns are potentially subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.
- Return requests are accepted within seven days of receipt except for Bulk Jewelry Grab Bags/Boxes, Bulk Currency Lots, Bulk Lego & Mini-Figures lots, and Bulk Cell Phone lots which will NOT be accepted for return.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives in a condition significantly different than described in the listing.
- Technology products are untested and Sold AS-IS unless otherwise noted. Return shipping on untested technology products is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refunds issued for items damaged in transit by the postal carrier will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us for information about a refund.

Items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise was damaged during shipping or if there was a major distortion in the description. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. Buyer must return item before refund is issued. All returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items selected for pick up from the seller, must be picked up within fourteen (14) days from close of auction. Items not picked up from seller within fourteen (14) days from close of auction will be resold with no further notice.
