These are white with rust color design around the rim, gold trim and pastel flowers. Bottoms have: Sanford by Sango, Japan, there are no chips or cracks. Pieces are: 8 each of 7x5” plates and 7.5x1.25” bowls, 7 each of 10” plates, 6.5 plates, 6 each of 5.5” saucers and 5.5x1.25” bowls, a platter, 2 serving bowls and a sugar bowl with lid. **Extra weight has been added due to need for additional or oversize box.**
Payment and Shipping Policies
We accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. All payment transactions are processed through a secure system. We do not accept PayPal as a payment method. OUR AUCTION ITEMS NORMALLY SHIP OUT WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
All paid auctions are shipped within five (5) business days after the date of payment. We provide a shipping calculator for your convenience. For your protection, we will only ship to the address listed on your shopgoodwill.com account. Any additional charges incurred in the delivery process will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges include, but are not limited to: Holding fees, customs duties, parcel intercept fees, brokerage fees or re-delivery fees. If you have particular shipping requirements or would like additional services such as signature confirmation, please contact us before paying for your item(s).
If an item is returned as unclaimed or not deliverable, we will contact the customer at the email address listed on their shopgoodwill.com account to notify them of the return. The customer will then have seven (7) days to pay additional shipping charges for the item to be resent. This includes return to sender charges for the returned package. If we have not received payment within those seven (7) days, the item will be relisted and prior payment will be considered a charitable contribution.
Our current address for picking up items is 5355 NW 86th Street Johnston, Iowa 50131. Please note that all pick up items need to be paid for through the website before picking up.
We do not have the ability to accept payments at our location. Prior to picking up, it is recommended to call us at 1-515-265-5323 so we can be sure to have your pick-up ready.
***PLEASE NOTE THAT BEGINNING JANUARY 15, 2017 OUR PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CHANGING TO THREE DAYS A WEEK
AS OF JANUARY 15TH, WE WILL BE OPEN FOR PICK UPS ON:
MONDAYS FROM 10:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m.
WEDNESDAYS FROM 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
FRIDAYS FROM 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If you would like to designate an authorized third party to pick up your item, please contact us prior to the pick-up.
Items designated for on-site pick-up must be picked up within Fourteen (14) BUSINESS days of the auction closing. Items not picked up within that time frame will be resold with no further notice, and the payment will be considered a charitable contribution.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS RETURN POLICY.
All items are sold AS IS and are non-refundable. The only exception is if there is a substantial discrepancy or distortion in the item description. Returns must be requested within five (5) business days of receipt and be approved by Goodwill of Central Iowa. Shipping and Handling charges may be refunded at our discretion. Items are NOT officially appraised, certified, or authenticated unless otherwise stated.
If an item is damaged during shipping, we will need a photograph of the damage to the packaging and the item, and may need a signed statement from the customer prior to a refund being issued. In the event of damage please keep all packaging and the damaged item available until a refund is issued.
