-Good condition with some wear or flaws including: Not sure if all pieces are included. Clear sheet on top is not fully attached. Some loose pieces. Could use a cleaning.

This item was donated to Goodwill Industries of the Greater East Bay to help fund our Mission in finding jobs for people facing disabilities and other barriers. Please see images for added details and ask questions before making a bid.

Payment:
Payments must be made within 7 days of the end of the auction. Should payment not be received, the item will be re-listed for auction. Auctions are easily and securely paid online using Visa or Mastercard. We cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. All payments include the price of the item, shipping, and handling charges.

Combined Shipping:
Items may only be combined to save on shipping charges if the auctions close within 7 days of each other, and are safe to ship in one box. Once paid for, items may not be combined. Note there is a limit to combined items based on size or weight. All items cannot be combined. A customer may select to combine items at checkout. If the dimensional weights or ship weights of items exceed 20 lbs then no further items may be combined with the shipment. Fragile items, artwork, electronics cannot typically be combined with other items.

Once a combined shipping charge has been calculated for an order, no additional items or recalculations are available. We reserve the right to deny combination of items. Shipping charges are determined by weight and size of item. All items requiring a shipping container of 36” or larger incur an oversize shipping charge.

Handling charges are as follows: $2 for any average, non-fragile items but not limited to clothing, shoes, and pre-packaged items, $7.50 for fragile items, and $10 for oversize, instruments, or fragile items that are large or a set. All items will be shipped as listed and will not be dismantled for any reason. Shipping charges are set at the weight of the item plus packaging and our based upon our contracted carrier costs. Some items will receive dimensional surcharges and will result in a higher charge as the carriers charge by size of package in addition to weight.

Local Pickup Service:
Our pickup/view times are Monday-Friday between 9 pm and 4pm, close noon to 1. 24 hour notice is required and payment must be made online the day prior to pick up. Any items paid for after 7:30am on the day of your appointment will not be available for pick up until the following day. When making a payment please ensure you select the pick up option, or the order may be shipped to you. Items not picked up within 30 days of the end of the auction will no longer be available, even if paid for, and payment will be considered a donation. We are located at 180 Grobric Court, Fairfield, CA 94534. We do not permit 3rd parties to pick up items from this location. All items must be picked up by the primary account holder only. No pick-ups will be available after 4:00 pm.

Please contact us for any return within three days of receipt of the item for authorization of the return. All return requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items are NOT officially appraised, certified or authenticated unless otherwise specified. All items are sold "AS IS." Bidder is responsible to check for updates to listings. All unauthorized returns will be considered a donation. This includes electronic, photo, or video equipment. Once the returned item is received at our facility a full refund of the amount paid for the item will be issued. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges.
 
Damaged in Shipping:
If the item was damaged during shipment then we will need a photograph of the damage, and a signed statement from the customer prior to refund. Once the returned item is received at our facility a full refund of the amount paid for the item will be issued. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges.

All other returns:
You will be refunded for your item once we have been contacted, a solution has been reached, and we have received back the item in the condition it was sent. 

Unclaimed Returns:
If an item is unclaimed or returned by FedEx or USPS, the customer will be emailed and has 7 days to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item. If not paid after 7 days, the purchase price minus a restocking fee equal to the original handling charge will be refunded to the customer.
