For some smaller and lightweight Items we use SurePost through UPS (These services have final delivery via USPS and a Mail Receptacle is required). Any single or combined orders over $100.00 will automatically be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx and shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect that - Any Items over $100.00 or Jewelry over $50.00 will be signature required unless requested otherwise. If the item is such that it is small and nonbreakable and can otherwise be shipped via SurePost we will only do so with written consent and the customer expressly waives the need for insurance. PICK-UPS: By appointment only Monday through Friday (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Contact or call (217-726-8906) in advance to discuss pickup details. Pickups require payment in advance and photo ID. Pick-ups can be made at 2001 Wabash Ave., Springfield, IL 62704. No payments will be accepted on site. Pick-up items are charged the stated handling fee and tax when applicable. Please pick-up item within 14 days of auction close, otherwise a restocking fee may be charged (if items are not picked up within the stated time frame, they will be considered a donation and re-listed and no refund given).

RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us with any problems within 3 days of receipt to request an Authorization for Return or to simply provide helpful feedback. All items are sold AS-IS, AS-DESCRIBED and are non-refundable unless there was a notable discrepancy in written and/or photo description. Approved returns must be received within 7 days of approval, in the same condition as sold. All unauthorized returns will be considered a donation and re-listed without refund. Unless damaged or otherwise not described correctly any return that is considered to be "buyers remorse" will ONLY receive item price, minus a 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the customer - NO shipping or handling.

Damaged in Shipping: If the item was damaged during shipment, we will need a photograph of the damage, with statement from the customer prior to refund. UPS requires item to remain in original packaging and box for all claims processed and can take up to 10 business days for processing. Once the returned item is received at our facility a full refund will be issued.

Unclaimed Returns: If an item is unclaimed or returned without authorization, the customer will be contacted and has 3 business days to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item. If not paid after 3 business days, ONLY item price, minus a 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the customer - NO shipping or handling.

Local Pickup Returns: Items selected for pick up from the seller, must be picked up within 14 days from close of auction. Items not picked up from seller within 14 days from close of auction will be considered a donation and resold with no further notice. Under certain circumstances we can retain items longer if necessary under a case by case basis.
