Pick-up time frame is from 9:30AM to 3:30PM CST, Monday thru Friday. WE DO NOT DO PICK-UPS AFTER 3:30PM. Email or call us to schedule a pickup. WE DO NOT PROCESS PAYMENTS ON SITE. Customers arriving without a prior scheduled pick-up will be told to return on the next available pick-up day. Items not picked up within ten(10) days from close of auction will be considered a donation and will be resold without further notice and payment not refunded.

Return Policy:

All items are sold AS-IS and are non-refundable. The only exceptions are in the case of damage during shipment or gross misrepresentation. Any return must have prior approval from Goodwill Easter Seals of Gulf Coast. A request for return must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

If an item is returned unclaimed, non- deliverable, the customer will be sent an email reminder and allowed five (5) days to pay additional shipping charges in order for the item to be resent. ALL non-deliverable items; unauthorized returns or items not picked up within ten (10) days from close of auction will be considered a donation and will be resold without further notice. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE APPROVED FOR BID PURCHASE PRICE ONLY and ONLY if the return is AUTHORIZED. All items Returned must be in same condition as sold.

If an item is damaged during shipment, UPON RECEIPT, Buyer should notify Goodwill Easter Seals of the Gulf Coast immediately via Customer Service or telephone 251-300-6279. Instructions for Damaged Item Claim and Return will be given at time of Buyer notifying Goodwill Easter Seals of the Gulf Coast. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE PROCESSED BY EASTER SEALS OF GULF COAST once the Buyer has notified us of items’ damage. Return Label of Damaged Item will be electronically sent to Buyer after Buyer has given proof of damage (i.e., pictures of damaged item). The Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup of RETURN ITEM. ALL approved refunds are issued by Goodwill Easter Seals of Gulf Coast company check regardless of buyer’s initial item method of payment.
