PICK-UP ITEM POLICIES:
1. Pick-up customers MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT through Booker our pick-up scheduling system.
2. Customer Pick-up Appointment hours are: 9am-300pm PST on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
3. Please provide Order and/or Item numbers so your items can be pulled and staged accordingly.
4. A scheduled pickup appointment confirmation will be sent to the customer when their selected pick-up time has been confirmed.
5. We will not be able to accommodate customers that have not paid for all of their items and they will need to rebook through the system. This allows us to keep track of multiple item orders and minimize loss/misplaced items.
6. Orders that have paid for shipping will be shipped out & will not be allowed to be picked up once processed.
7. Items paid for as LOCAL PICKUP, will automatically be made available for pickup no sooner than 2 FULL business days from when payment is received.
8. Preferred times may or may not be available depending on volume, so please have an alternate date and time in mind.

10. If you miss your pickup appointment date you may pick up your items on the following Wednesday at 1:00PM.

13. Additionally, all pick up items must be retrieved within 30 days from the date payment was recorded.
14. All items not retrieved within this time frame will be considered a donation without further notice unless special arrangements are made with customer service.
15. Buyers may also arrange their own pick-up/package/delivery service for large and "Pick-Up Only" items, however the carrier must assume all responsibility for the item & must be able to pick it up, pack, and ship it. Please submit a customer service ticket for inquiry.
