If you are the winning bidder after an auction closes you will receive an email confirming this. The email will contain a link to your "Open Orders". Once the won auction item is located, click on the "Pay" link next to the item to begin the payment process.

You can also sign into your account directly from the Sign In page on ShopGoodwill.com to pay for items in the Open Orders section of your account.
