I retracted my winning bid on an item won and now my account says I have one late payment.
Per the terms of the shopgoodwill.com Terms of Service, bids are generally not retractable however as a one-time only courtesy the selling location may be willing to retract your bid at their discretion.
To request a bid retraction, please contact the selling Goodwill location directly by using the “Contact Seller” link below “Watch this Item” on the item listing page.
Since bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, when choosing to leave an item unpaid your obligation to pay for that item may not necessarily be removed. Therefore, a nonpayment mark may be placed on your account. Removal of your obligation to pay is at the sole discretion of the individual Goodwill seller.
