How do I update/change my address, email or password?

Please make sure you are signed in to by clicking “SIGN IN” (or the “☰” for mobile) at the top right of the page and entering your Username and Password.

Once signed in, please click “MY SHOPGOODWILL” (or the “☰” for mobile) at the top of the page, from here you will be able to direct yourself to your Personal Information.

Here you can make adjustments to your Primary Contact Info, such as your account address and Notification Preferences. This is also where you would change your email/password.

To change your Email or Password: Simply click either the “Change Password” or “Change Email” buttons, enter the requested information, and click "Save" to make the change.
