> Then select the "Clear History and Website Data" option

To remedy this issue using Microsoft Internet Explorer:

> Select Internet Options from the Tools menu

> Using the Internet Options screen, select the Security tab

> From the top selection area within the Security tab, select the Internet Icon and make sure the Security Level slider bar is set to medium (or lower, although we suggest using medium), a security setting of high causes Internet Explorer to reject cookies
