Pickup details

Items can be picked up at the Goodbytes store front once they have been paid for online.
All order must be picked up by purchaser unless our customer service has been notified of a third party pickup.
ID and order number must be shown in order to confirm pickup
The viewing of items in person that have not been purchased is not allowed.
Any item issues will only be addressed with a customer service ticket online.
All pickup orders must be scheduled with an available timeslot through the website.
Pickup times are by appointment only through the pickup scheduler.
Local pickup is unavailable on holidays.
Pickups must be paid for 7 days after the auctions completion. Failure to pay on time will result in the item being relisted.
Pickups must be made in 30 days after the auctions completion. Failure to do so will result in the item being relisted. The item's handling and up to 25% of the item total will also be kept as a restocking fee.
Missed scheduled pickup time slots will result in the item being relisted and restocking fees unless notified 2 hours before. The restocking fees include the items handling and up to 25% of the items total.
We do not offer third party shipping on any items.
We reserve the right to block accounts from bidding on our auctions at any time if policies are not followed.
