This is a wicker basket curved on the bottom in the shape of a watermelon with little short "legs" to hold it steady. The lid opens in the center and the handles meet in the center when closed. There is some fading of colors on this novel basket, but it is in good used condition. The "seeds" are made of wood beads. There is no marker found. IT measures 15" long x 8.5" wide x 9.5" deep.
