Purchasing An Item

After auction close, if you are the winning bidder you will receive an email informing you of this. The email will contain a link to your "Open Orders" tab in My shopgoodwill. From there click on the "Pay For This Item" link.

You will have the option of paying online (Visa/MasterCard) or paying by check (Payment options vary by each seller, please see the item's listing for complete list of payment options). Choose the option you prefer and the system will walk you through the rest of the payment process. When you choose "Pay By Mail", the mailing address will be listed at the top of your invoice.

May I combine two or more items to help reduce shipping fees? Items may be combined for shipping if they are from the same Goodwill and close within seven (7) days of each other. When you click on "Pay For This Item", all items that are eligible for combined shipping will be listed. Mark the items you want to combine and the system will create one order.

Please note that there is a 20 pound weight limit for combined orders. Due to the fragility, size, and/or weight of some merchandise, the Seller may not offer combined shipping for certain items.


Order Shipment

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment. Paying by personal check may delay the shipment of your order by 10-14 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you may track the shipment status through the "Shipped Orders" tab from My shopgoodwill. Click on the tracking number and you will be linked to the shipper’s website where you can obtain current tracking information for your orders.
