To sign in to My shopgoodwill you must enable cookies. You can enable cookies by changing the appropriate security settings using your web browser.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Note, if you use AOL you typically use Internet Explorer that is built into AOL.

Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.



Using the Internet Options screen, select the Security tab. From the top selection area within the Security tab, select the Internet Icon and make sure the Security Level slider bar is set to medium (or lower, we suggest using medium) to enable cookies. Note that a security setting of high causes Internet Explorer to reject cookies.



If you are using Netscape Navigator. Note, this example shows directions for Netscape version 6, prior versions of Netscape are very similar.

Select Preferences from the Edit menu.



Using the left selection area of the Preferences screen, select Advanced then select Cookies. Make sure that enable all cookies is selected.
