Customer Service:
Our Customer Service Department is accessible via email by
clicking here. Customer emails are processed Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. We strive to respond to all customer emails within two business days. Please remember, we are not available on weekends or the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. If the auction you are inquiring on closes within the next two business days please indicate in the subject line of the email that it is urgent or start the email noting that the auction is closing soon. We want to get the information to you in a timely manner and pertinent information you provide us in accomplishing this would be greatly appreciated.
Payment:
Auctions can be easily and securely paid online with any Visa or Mastercard. We cannot accept cash, checks or money orders. Paypal is not accepted at this location at this time.
Local Pickup Service:
Items are available for pickup Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1pm to 3pm. 24 hour notice is required and payment must be made online prior to pick up. Any items paid for after 7:30am on the day of your appointment will
not be available for pick up until the following day. When making a payment ensure you select the
pick up option, or the order may be shipped to you. Items not picked up within 14 days of the end of the auction will no longer be available, even if paid for. We are located at 2920 S.W. 234th Avenue Hillsboro, OR 97123. We do not permit 3rd party shippers to pick up items from this location. All items must be picked up by a private party only.

Shipping via UPS:
Orders posted on weekends ship on Monday. UPS cannot ship to a PO BOX, unless an order meets the eligibility requirements for UPS Mail Innovations(see above). Shipping costs are based on distance and weight of items. Please contact us for Hawaii and Alaska shipping rates.
Combined Shipping:
Items may be combined to save on shipping charges
if they close within 7 days of each other and are safe to ship in one box. Once paid for, items may not be combined. We reserve the right to deny combination of items. Handling charges will only be reduced when combining
four or more items
if you contact us after you have created the order for the adjustment.
Handling charges are as follows: Each item after the third item will be reduced to a $1 charge per item up to a maximum of $25. All items will be shipped as listed and will not be dismantled for any reason.
Return Policy:
Please contact us for any return within three days of receipt of the item for authorization of the return. All return requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Items are NOT officially appraised, certified or authenticated. All items are sold "AS IS." Bidder is responsible to check for updates to listings. All unauthorized returns will be considered a donation.
Damaged in Shipping:
If the item was damaged during shipment then we will need a photograph of the damage, and a signed statement from the customer prior to refund. Once the returned item is received at our facility a full refund will be issued.
All other returns:
You will be refunded for your item once we have been contacted, a solution has been reached, and we have received back the item in the condition it was sent.
Unclaimed Returns:
If an item is unclaimed or returned by UPS, the customer will be emailed and has 7 days to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item. If not paid after 7 days, the purchase price minus a restocking fee equal to the original handling charge will be refunded to the customer.
