4. The combined weight does not exceed 20 pounds and carton size cannot exceed 12" X 12" X 12". Larger items will ship at dimensional weight rate.
If your auction items meet the above criteria, the site will prompt automatically to combine all available orders during the payment process. Qualifying media items will ship at Media Rate. Media-Mail items can be combined with non-Media items at the higher shipping cost of Priority Mail. Flat rate boxes are available upon request. Please combine all items prior to payment.

Original operating systems are deleted, hard-drive re-formatted, and original operating systems reinstalled per our OEM agreements with the software companies. All personal data from previous owners has been removed. Operating systems should be in working condition; the computers boot up normally unless otherwise stated. No further testing was done, and no compatibility with other programs is guaranteed. Power adapters are not included unless stated. The computers have usually been rebuilt or reconfigured and will probably not match original specifications. These are offered with no guarantees or warranties.

Return Policy: All items are sold AS-IS and are non-refundable. The only exceptions are in the case of damage during shipment or gross misrepresentation. Any return must have prior approval from Goodwill Industries of Orange County. A request for return must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
