Automatic insurance for all items shipped via UPS Ground. Shipments may be sent only to the address shown in your ShopGoodwill account. Combined orders, when practical in size & do not include breakables, may be requested for auctions that close within 3 days of each other prior to payment being made. (They cannot contain porcelain or glass). Max combined weight is 20 lbs. In some cases, combined shipments are more expensive due to increased box size. Prior to checking out, email Buyer ID & won Item ID #s to firstname.lastname@example.org. WE ARE UNABLE TO COMBINE ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT.
Local Pickup from Downtown Tacoma:
Items are available for pickup at 734 S 27th St in the Business Service Center building, in downtown Tacoma: see map. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Required Email TacomaLocally@Ourgoodwillstore.com , one business day in advance of intended pickup time; payment requires one business day clearance. Pickup is available Tues-Fri, 10:00am-4:00pm ONLY; closed Mon, weekends, & holidays. Items not picked up within 14 days will be considered a donation & resold.
Auctions may be easily & securely paid online with MasterCard or Visa. Payments must be made within 7 days, or items will be subject to automatic relist. Return Policy: Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact Goodwill of the Olympics and Ranier Regions about any problems within 7 days of receipt to request an Authorization for Return or to simply provide helpful feedback. All items are sold AS-IS, AS-DESCRIBED and are non-refundable unless there was a notable discrepancy in written & photo description. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as sold. All unauthorized returns will be considered a donation.
Damaged in Shipping:
If the item was damaged during shipment then we will need a photograph of the damage, with statement from the customer prior to refund. UPS requires item to remain in original packaging and box for all claims processed and can take up to 8 business days for processing. Once the returned item is received at our facility a full refund will be issued.
Unclaimed Returns: If an item is unclaimed or returned by UPS, the customer will be emailed and has 3 business days to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item. If not paid after 3 business days, the purchase price minus the original shipping & handling charges will be refunded to the customer.
Local Pickup Returns:
Items selected for pick up from the seller, must be picked up within 14 days from close of auction. Items not picked up from seller within 14 days from close of auction will be considered a donation and resold with no further notice
