This clock appears to be in good condition but is not currently keeping time. It is marked "Cyma Watch, Swiss, Lever 16 Sixteen Jewels, Mod. Dep." on the back. Face is marked "Cyma Amic Sonomatic." Appears to have a leather frame and case but is not marked as such. Metal parts show tarnish.
