Up for this auction we have two very old and almost certainly antique wooden folding chairs. These chairs are in a very firm and solid condition. They are held firmly together by metal braces (see photo) and they have withstood the years well. These chairs have vinyl seats held down by tacks over wood slats on one and plywood on the other (photo). They are very worn and scuffed from years of use and have not been refinished. One chair appears to be made of oak and the other is of some other wood, I believe (photo). There are a couple of splits in the very old wood which do not compromise the solidity of these chairs. These chairs stand approx. 31 1/2" tall and 18" wide. The seats are approx. 15" front to back and 13 3/4" wide. These chairs are for PICK UP only. If you win this auction you will need to pick this item up at 6650 W. Washington St, Indpls., IN. Please for us at (31) 524-4352 at least 24 hrs. in advance of when you wish to come to make an appointment.
