UNCLAIMED RETURNS: If an item is unclaimed or returned by FEDEX, the customer will be emailed and has 7 days to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the item. If not paid after 7 days, the purchase price minus a restocking fee equal to the original handling charge will be refunded to the customer.
