Ser no. 1052. Pat no 4400065. The optics appear to be in good condition. No chips, cracks or scratrches on the lins. Has some dust. Everything pictured is included. Missing 3 accessories. Tripod is not included. The case has a couple marks on the outside and the foam has a couple tears. Since these photos the lens has been cleaned. There are no bubbles or spots on the lens. Also I think the three missing pieces are an eye lens and two other lenses that are approx 3.5" tall. Thank you.
