All electronic items are used and have not been professionally tested or serviced to ascertain if they work fully/properly and or, will work for any length of time.

All clothing, cloth or fabric Items are sold in used condition and may have minor flaws and need to be cleaned.

Request for return must be reported within 7 days of receipt and the returned merchandise should be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipment. In order to receive a refund the buyer must return the item to Goodwill Industries of San Diego County in the same condition in which it was received. Original postage is not refundable; return postage is to be paid by winning bidder/buyer. The return of items purchased at auction is available to the original bidder/buyer only and may not be assigned to or relied upon by any subsequent transferee of the item sold.
We may and have the right to end an auction early provided there are no bids, an error has been made and or a SGW system outage occurs. If for any reason Goodwill Industries of San Diego County is prevented from delivering an item to the purchaser due to stocking errors, shipping mix-ups, natural disaster, theft or any other reason, Goodwill Industries of San Diego County�s liability is limited to refunding the original dollar amount received for said item plus shipping and handling, and shall in no event include any incidental or consequential damages.
