Items are sold as AS-IS, As Described. We do our best to ensure the quality of our auction items and to describe them accurately, but cannot offer any guarantees. These items are normally in used condition and have been donated in order that Goodwill continues to help those with disabilities and other barrier achieve a maximum level of independence.



We only ship via USPS Priority Mail and our rates are based on their rates.

Items may be combined for shipping when the following criteria are present:
1. The items are from the same selling Goodwill.
2. The items close within the same week.
3. You have not already paid any of the items.
4. The combined weight does not exceed 20 pounds and package size cannot exceed 12" X 12" X 12". Dimensional Weight rates may apply to larger item packages.

If your auction items meet the above criteria, the site will prompt automatically to combine all available orders during the payment process. Qualifying media items will ship at Media Rate. Media-Mail items can be combined with non-Media items at the higher shipping cost of Priority Mail. Flat rate boxes are available upon request.



Please email us 24 hours in advance for item pickup service. This will allow us to get your items set aside and for us to serve you quicker. Thank you.

All items must be paid in advance online by credit card Visa or MasterCard. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP.

Items must be picked up within 7 days from payment date.

Pick-up hours are 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday through Friday.

For large Pick-Up Only items the buyer may arrange their own pick-up/package/delivery service, but the carrier must assume all responsibility for the item and be able to pick it up un-packaged.
