Items are sold as AS-IS, As Described. We do our best to ensure the quality of our auction items & to describe them accurately, but cannot offer any guarantees. No artwork items have been authenticated. These items are normally in used condition & donated in order that Goodwill continues to help those with disabilities & other barriers achieve a maximum level of independence.
Items generally ship within 5 business days after payment clears. For items over 4 lbs or over 12 inches on any dimension, we default ship UPS Ground & follow their packaging guidelines. Due to the odd dimensions of certain items, UPS charges more for shipping some items & that is calculated into the shipping weight as a "dimensional weight."
For items under 4 lbs & under 12 inches on all dimensions, we default ship USPS Priority Mail & our rates are based on their rates. Due to the odd dimensions of certain items, USPS charges more for shipping oversize items through Priority Mail & that is calculated into the shipping weight as a "dimensional weight."
Items may be combined for shipping when the following criteria are present:
1. The items are from the same selling Goodwill.
2. The items close within the same week.
3. You have not already paid for any of the items.
4. The combined weight does not exceed 20 pounds & package size cannot exceed 12" X 12" X 12".
If your auction items meet the above criteria, the site will prompt automatically to combine all available orders during the payment process. Qualifying media items (books w/o advertising, CDs, DVDs) will ship at Media Mail Rate. Media-Mail items can be combined with non-Media items at the higher shipping cost of Priority Mail. Parcel Select shipping & Flat Rate boxes are available upon request. If you would like items sent Parcel Select or Media Mail, that option will take longer & is less secure. We cannot guarantee tracking information or delivery times will be available or accurate from the USPS website for Parcel Select & Media Mail due to the way those packages are handled by USPS.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20 WILL BE THE LAST DAY OF PICKUPS.
Due to relocating, we will not be able to serve pickup customers for anything other than LARGE NON-SHIPPABLE ITEMS. All items that can be shipped will be shipped to you. ONLY LARGE NON-SHIPPABLE ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP FROM
THIS LOCATION STARTING MARCH 20, 2013.
Due to an increase in volume & the resulting decrease in storage space, PICKUP CUSTOMERS MUST EMAIL AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE for item pickup service with information on order numbers and/or item numbers. WITHOUT ADVANCE EMAIL NOTICE, PICKUP CUSTOMERS WILL BE TURNED AWAY & notified to email for a future appointment. Wait can be up to 2 hours at high traffic times & with larger quantities of items to pickup.
All items must be paid in advance online by credit card through Visa or MasterCard. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP.
Items must be scheduled to be picked up within 7 business days from payment date or item will be considered a donation and relisted.
FOR CUSTOMERS EMAILING 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE ONLY, pick-up hours are 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday only. Please allow up to 2 hours for pick-up orders while waiting at our site, especially during peak hours & with a larger quantity of items to pickup.

For large Pick-Up Only items the buyer may arrange their own pick-up/package/delivery service, but the carrier must assume all responsibility for the item & be able to pick it up un-packaged.
