Clothing sizes may not be standardized and all clothing is sold sized via the measurements provided and not by the listed size. Refunds cannot be given for sizes running large or small, please bid accordingly.

Typically our location ships the orders out in 5-7 regular business days. This does not include the day the order was paid, weekends, or holidays. If you have a special handling request, please ask us.

Eligible educational media orders under five pounds in weight will be sent via USPS, regardless of the listed carrier. Due to our shipping volume, all non-media orders are shipped via UPS Ground with signature required. Please email us if you would like to waive the signature requirement. Media orders will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. Our rate is a $5 fee for media orders up to five pounds of weight. Additional charges may be added to orders above five pounds. The website cannot automatically combine shipping cahrges on Media Mail. If you would like to purchase multiple media items, please email the seller to ensure that the rate is adjusted appropriately. Shipping insurance is not included on Media Mail orders and we are unable to refund items damaged during processing by USPS. If you would like your order insured during shipping, please contact us so that we can ship it via UPS Ground.

Please note that the shipping weight will always be higher than the weight noted in the title or description on the item. The shipping weight includes the estimated weight of the shipping materials, including boxes & packing materials, plus the weight of the item itself.

Items up to 20 pounds from one location should automatically combine onto one order. If you are interested in combining items from one location onto one order, please wait to make the payment on the items until the auctions have ended. This is accomplished through the 'myshopgoodwill', 'open orders' tab. If you need a payment extension, please email us with the item number or order number and we will be happy to assist you. If the order does not auto-combine, please contact the seller via email with your item numbers.

We currently accept Visa & Mastercard payments online. Your shipping address, however, does not need to be the same as your billing address for each order. To pay via check, money order, or PayPal, please email us.

All pick up orders must be paid within 2 weeks of the auction end date. Please email seller if you need an extension on any payments. All unpaid pick up orders will be relisted on the 15th day of non payment, from the auction end date. All pick up orders will be held for no more than 30 days from the date the auction ends. All items that have not been picked up by the 31st day on hold will be relisted without notice to the buyer. No refunds for purchases left at our facility and no refunds on items that are subsequently relisted after the expiration of the 30 day hold.
