All pick-up orders must be paid prior to pick-up. No payments will be accepted on site, with the exception of Checks or money orders that are PRE-APPROVED by the Shopgoodwill Supervisor Prior to picking up the item. You must e-mail or call in advance and get a reply prior to picking an item up... Items must be picked up within 7 days of payment. NOTE: all handling fees are as stated and will apply to pick-up orders as well as shipped orders.

Return Policy: All items are sold AS-IS and are non-refundable. The only exceptions are in the case of damage during shipment or gross misrepresentation. Any return must have prior approval from the Shopgoodwill Supervisor. A request for return must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

PICK-UPS: By appointment only Monday through Friday (10:-00 am to 4:00 pm) with minimum of 24 hours notice. Email or Call in advance and get a reply prior to picking an item up.. Pickups require payment in advance and photo ID. No payments will be accepted on site, with the exception of Checks or money orders that are PRE-APPROVED by the Shopgoodwill Supervisor PRIOR to picking up the item. Pick-up items are charged the stated handling fee. Please pick-up item within 7 days of auction close, otherwise item will be re-listed and a restocking fee may be charged.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Combined shipping information. We reserve the right to deny combination of items to ensure safely shipped items. Handling charges will not be reduced. If items "Cannot Be Combined," they cannot be combined - no exceptions.
