Shipping Charges:

We ship TO ONLY THE ADDRESSES IN YOUR SGW account files.
Due to how our carriers charge for shipping, item weight is calculated based on the dimensional weight and not the actual weight of the item. This can add expense to the shipping charge for larger items. Check shipping charges to your location before bidding. Due to FedEx/USPS rate changes, we are not able to allow automatic combined shipping orders.

Pick Up Orders:

- Pick up location: 1000 Herman St., Nashville, TN 37208. (10th & Herman Street – Rear of parking lot)
- Need directions to our eCommerce building? Find us on Google Maps
- Pick up times: 8:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
- Items not picked up within 2 weeks of the auction close date will be resold without further notice.

Contact us at service@givegw.org to combine orders for pickup items.

We require 24 hours notice to have your order ready for pick up.

We will combine up to 10 items per pick up order.

Due to time and effort required to pull orders there will be a $2.00 handling fee for the first two items and 60 cents per item for additional items in the same order.

Combine Shipping: Please contact us at service@givegw.org before paying for items if you would like to see if we can combine your order for shipping.

We cannot combine any Art or Glass items, due to ensuring that they arrive without damage.

- Tennessee residents are subject to the 9.25% Sales Tax
- All checks must have a name, physical address (No P.O. Box), driver’s license number, and telephone number on them.
- Insurance is required on all purchases over $50.00.





Return Policy: All items are sold AS-IS and are non-refundable. The only exception is if there is a notable discrepancy in the item description. Returns must be requested within seven (7) days of receipt and be pre-approved by Goodwill of Middle Tennessee. There will be a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be approved ONLY for the ITEM PURCHASE PRICE and HANDLING CHARGE and only when the item is returned and in the same condition as sold.

PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we cannot refund charges for pickup / shipping / packing provided by USPS or other carriers which are not part of Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee. If an item is returned unclaimed or not deliverable, the customer will be sent an e-mail reminder and allowed seven (7) days to pay additional shipping charges in order for the item to be resent. All non-deliverable items, unauthorized returns or items not picked up locally within 2 weeks from the close of auction will be considered a donation and resold without further notice.
