Local Pick-up

·         We do offer a local pick up option for buyers who would like to pick their item up to save on shipping costs.

·         All items must be paid for online at least 24 hours prior to pick up.

·         Please bring a printed receipt when picking up your item.

Refunds

·         Your satisfaction is important to us.  Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

·         Requests for refunds must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. 

·         Items approved for return must be shipped back within seven (7) days of approval.

·         Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

·         Returned items that qualify for free shipping will be refunded the price paid less our shipping costs.
