If you have NOT contacted us, your order will be considered a donation and returned to inventory or processing.

►    All dimensions and weights are approximate.

►    For certain items, weight is calculated dimensionally. LxWxH is divided by 194, IF LxWxH is greater than 5,184, THEN item ships at OVERSIZED rate as applied by our shipping carrier UPS. For more details, please visit www.fedex.com.

►    FEDEX is our only shipping carrier for all items, including books, CDs and DVDs. After application of tracking, insurance, etc., shipping costs may be comparable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Effective January 1,2013 local pick up will only be available on oversized items that cannot be shipped. Our pick up hours are Thursday 11AM to 5PM, and, Sunday 11AM to 3PM. Bring a print out of your paid order. Pickup must be within 14 days of end of auction.

PLEASE NOTE that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payments must be made by credit card. PA residents pay PA sales tax unless a tax exempt form is filed with Berwyn Shopgoodwill.

The FedEx Info Notice number enables you to track your shipment, confirm delivery, reschedule the delivery date, arrange to pick up your shipment at a FedEx Customer Center, have your shipment delivered to a different address, or return the shipment to the sender. Select the Tracking tab, enter your FedEx InfoNotice number in the Tracking Numbers field and follow the instructions.

Note: FedEx will return to shipper all Ground packages after the third delivery attempt. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship an order.
