These four collectible vintage framed stamps and coins feature "The American Indian", "The Pioneers", "The Forty Niners", and "The Trailblazers". First, "The American Indian" features eight Indian Head cents that were designed by James B. Longacre in 1859. Each of these cents features a profile of an Indian in headdress. They feature a 1948 Indian Centennial stamp, a Fredric Remington Artist of the West stamp from 1961, a 50th anniversary Devil's Tower stamp from 1956, and a Lewis and Clark Expedition 150th Anniversary stamp from 1954. Second, "The Pioneers" features eight Mercury Dimes designed by Adolph Weinman in 1916. These dimes features an interpretation of the bewinged Liberty Head. The dimes comes with six stamps: a 1947 Utah Cenntennial stamp, a 1962 Homestead act stamp, a Wymoing 50th anniversary stamp from 1940, a Great Northwest 150th anniversary stamp from 1970, and a 1948 Fort Kearny Centennial Anniversary stamp. Third, "The FortyNiners" features seven Liberty Head nicklels designed by Charles E. Barber in 1883. Each coin features profiled Liberty Head and thirteen stars. Also comes with three stamps: a 1948 California Gold Centennial Stamp, a 1950 California Statehood Centennial Stamp, and a 1951 Nevada First Settlement Centennial Stamp. Finally, "The Trailblazers" contains fourteen Buffalo Nickels designed by James E. Fraser in 1913. These nickels also feature five stamps: a 100th anniversary Pony Express stamp from 1960, a 1958 Overland Mail 100th anniversary stamp, a 1948 stamp commemorating the Centennial anniversary of The Swedish Pioneer, a stamp commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Transcontinential Railroad from 1944, and a 1948 stamp commemorating the Kearny Expedition. Each frame measures 10" x 12". Each frame is made from wooden materials. There is a bit of scratch marks on the plastic part of the frame on each of the frames. There is also some rust marks on the inside on some of the frames. Also, one of the frames has a scratch mark on the wooden materials. This coin and stamp set is in OK condition.
