Shipping and Handling Rates: We utilize UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers and we are limited to their rules and regulations when shipping an order. For Pick Up Orders: We are happy to have your order/s ready for pick up when you arrive; however we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by clicking on the following link to email our location: EMAIL SELLER. Our pick up hours are Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm EST. Our office is conveniently located at 4940 Bayline Drive, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917. Items selected for pick up from the seller, must be picked up within SEVEN (7) days from close of auction. Items not picked up from seller within SEVEN (7) days from close of auction will be relisted without notice and the buyer will still be held to their responsibilities per the buyers agreement.

Please be advised that as of June 1st 2011, the only method of payment we accept is Visa or Mastercard. Your payment must be made online; we no longer accept cash, checks, or any other payment type. *ALSO* The billing address you have listed in your ShopGoodwill account must match up with the billing address for the credit card you are attempting to use.

OUR RETURN POLICY: All merchandise is sold As Is. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from a member of the selling locations management team and under the terms stated in this Return Policy. If you have any questions regarding the quality or authenticity of an item please contact Goodwill Industries of SWFL prior to placing your bid. Items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt ONLY if the merchandise was either damaged during shipping or if there was a major distortion in the item description.

Returns will not be accepted unless one of the previously mentioned situations has occurred and it is still within management’s discretion when accepting or rejecting returns. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.
