Local Pick-Ups: Auction pick up hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 4:00pm. Orders must be picked up in our retail store at 2702 S. 3rd Street in Terre Haute. Buyers must present their order summary sheet when they arrive to pick up their order (orders cannot be picked up without the order summary sheet) . If you are not able to pick up your order during those hours you must e-mail or call ahead to arrange an after-hours pick-up in our retail store. All orders must be picked up within 10 days. Failure to do so will result in the items being relisted without a refund.
Shipping Insurance: Most items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please check shipping rates prior to placing a bid. Insurance will be added to USPS shipments only when requested by the buyer. Buyer must request USPS shipping insurance prior to making payment. Insurance cannot be added by the buyer during the payment process. An email must be sent to us, we will then edit the order total for you. We are very sorry but if your package is damaged or lost you will not receive a refund unless your package was insured. USPS insurance rates are as follows: $1.70 will cover orders up to $50, $2.15 will cover orders of $50.01 to $100, $2.60 will cover orders of $100.01 to $200, $4.60 will cover orders of $200.01 to $300 and $5.55 will cover orders of $300.01 to $400
