This 7 ft. Pre-Lit Potted Artificial Christmas Tree is strung with orange lights and comes in a 16 ½” gold ceramic pot. The tree is in good cosmetic condition and all lights worked when plugged into an electrical outlet. Please note: due to size, this item is available for pick-up only. The base of the tree is glued into the pot for stability, but the top branches can be removed to make it fit more easily into a vehicle.

YOU MUST contact seller by calling 608-246-3140, ext. 169 before making payment on in store pickups so HANDLING ADJUSTMENTS can be made. A $1.00 HANDLING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR EACH ITEM PURCHASED. IF PAYMENT IS MADE WITH THE INCORRECT SHIPPING METHOD BEFORE CONTACTING THE SELLER ADJUSTMENTS WILL NOT BE MADE! If a pick up order is inadvertently selected as a "ship to" order a 1 time courtesy refund will be given on the shipping charges. Please contact seller if you have items to be combined that are both usps and fed ex. If you wish to have insurance coverage by usps you must contact the seller before selecting payment. PICK-UPS are between the hours of 9:00-3:30, Monday - Friday. You must schedule an appointment with the seller 24 hours in advance (608 246-3140 ex. 169). Once confirmation has been made, there will be no combining items at last minute. Items will need to be picked up within 7 days of payment, if items are not picked up they will become a donation and recycled. NO refund will be given. All refunds for electrical must be made within 3 days of receipt or refunds will not be granted.
