Hi There and Thank you for shopping with GOODWILL NOW (NorthWest Ohio). Please email us if you have any questions or comments about any item we have posted on-line. We are typically available to answer questions via emails or phone calls during our normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 4:00 pm, with the exception of federal and corporate holidays. Our location is closed and unavailable to answer your emails or phone calls from 4:00pm on Friday until Monday Morning at 8:30am, with the exception of an all day closure for weather emergencies or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY JULY 5TH.

Typically our location ships the orders out in 4-5 business days. The 4-5 business days do not include the date the item was paid for or any weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or holidays both government and corporate. Our shipping providers do not pick up any parcels after 4pm on Friday, all day Saturday or Sunday. All shipping takes place Monday - Friday until 4pm, with the exclusion of weekday holidays.

All items are sold “as-is” and some items may be sold for parts only if they cannot be tested and/or do not work at the time they are posted on-line.

All non media mail items will ship UPS and will require a signature for delivery. Please email us if you would require no signature at the time of delivery through UPS.

Please note that the shipping weight will always be higher than the weight noted in the title or description on the item. The shipping weight includes the estimated weight of the shipping materials, including boxes and packing materials, plus the weight of the item itself. please email seller if you have questions about the weight of a lot/group of items prior to bidding.

Typically, items up to 20 pounds from one location will automatically combine onto one order. If you are interested in combining items from one location onto one order, please wait to make the payment on the items until the auctions have ended. This is accomplished through the 'myshopgoodwill', 'open orders' tab. If you need a payment extension, please email us with the item number or order number and we will be happy to assist you. If the order does not auto-combine, please contact the seller via email and ask that the order be created for you. We ask that you include all of the item numbers you are interested in, so that we may assist you.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments online. Error codes will occur if the credit card mailing address differs from your billing address. Your ship to address, however, does not need to be the same as your billing address for each order. Currently, we do not accept PAYPAL at this location. You may also remit a personal bank check or money order to our address:

Our current shipping carrier for all items, other than media mail, is UPS. All items under one pound of shipping weight will be one pound of shipping weight for UPS. UPS sets their rates according to the zone of your shipping address and the weight/size of the package. Media mail items will be sent USPS with a tracking number. Media mail items have a shipping charge of $5 per auction and will not automatically combine that $5 shipping cost. If you would like to purchase multiple media mail items, please contact us, so that we can manually adjust the shipping charge. Media Mail can take up to 6 weeks for USPS to deliver the item once the item is within their network.

As of 02.14.10: please note that all pick up orders must be paid within 2 weeks of the auction end date. Please email seller if you need an extension on payments. All unpaid pick up orders will be relisted on the 15th day of non payment, from the auction end date. All pick up orders will be held for no more than 30 days from the date the auction ends. All items that have not been picked up by the 31st day on hold will be relisted without notice to the buyer. No refunds for purchases left at our facility and no refunds on items that are subsequently relisted after the expiration of the 30 day hold.*****
