You are bidding on donated property from the Tacoma Goodwill Online Sales Department in the State of Washington. This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, and As-Described with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle and disclose all information known or provided to us at the time it was donated. Please be advised that we have not conducted a mechanical inspection and that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year. Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to testing or use by the donor.

• Sales taxes, licensing and registration/transfer fees must be paid by the buyer. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
• Buyer agrees to pay an additional $10 vehicle auction fee for listing and prep costs incurred by Tacoma Goodwill.
• Buyer agrees to pay balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the sale or auction.
• Payment Methods: Cash, certified cashiers check or credit card (online). All financial transactions and checks must be completed and cleared with the bank before release or delivery of the vehicle will be authorized.
• This vehicle is being sold AS-IS, with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in the description or defects in the vehicle herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.
• All legal and financial transactions involving this vehicle will be in conducted in Pierce County, Washington.
• Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless or any oral statements made by it's employees about the vehicle.
• The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs, F.O.B. Tacoma, WA, including transportation to and from the airport and the vehicle’s location. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our or the donor’s premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
• Buyer is responsible for coordination with any 3rd party inspectors, as well as any inspection charges and fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly satisfied themselves as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely.
• We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale by the donor.
