 All items are sold AS-IS and are non-refundable. The only exception is if there was a notable discrepancy in the item description. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt and pre-approved by Goodwill of Redwood Empire. Refunds can be approved ONLY for the ITEM PURCHASE PRICE of the item and only when the item is returned and in the same condition as sold. PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we cannot refund charges for pickup / shipping / packing provided by USPS or other carriers which are not part of Redwood Empire Goodwill. We are not responsible for any damage caused either during or after shipment. If an item is returned unclaimed or not deliverable, the customer will be emailed and allowed 7 days to pay additional shipping charges for us to resend the item. All non-deliverable items, unauthorized returns or items not picked up locally within 30 days from the close of auction will be considered a donation and resold without further notice.
