You may request to pick up your item at our Goodwill Store, located at 1907 Kishwaukee Street, Rockford, IL 61104. Items must be prepaid on the website first. Pick ups are by appointment only. You may email us or call us at (815)965-3795 to schedule an appointment. All handling charges will still apply to items picked up on site.
Sales tax (8.25%) will be charged on all orders to Illinois residents.
We strongly recommend insurance on all breakable items. Items over $100.00 will automatically be insured.
